Pulp Board Stock.

We offering quality pulp board stock in various thicknesses.

  40 pt Pulp Board Stock (which is about 1mm thick)
  60 pt Pulp Board Stock (about 1.4 mm thick)
  80 pt Pulp Board Stock (about 1.8 mm thick)

Generally Coaster thickness is measured in points " pt".

One point equals 0.001". Just to give you idea, a one inch tall stack of coasters would be roughly:

Roughly 9 coasters of 110 pt
Roughly 15 coasters of 80 pt
Roughly 28 coasters of 40 pt

However, this is a rough estimation of thickness. Our finished product may vary in thickness. 40 point coasters are the most popular thickness. An 80 point coaster would be roughly about as thick as 7 typical business cards.

Double Pasting with Card Stock:

We offer double pasting of card stock either white coated bleach card stock 100lb or standard art card stock on both sides of pulp board. It not only make the coaster thick but also enhance the printing quality of your artwork.
